my first MILE i went out in 5:09! my previous 1500 pr was a 5:25. so big improvement there, but then i got really tired after that, so i ended up with a 22:50.

very low 18s, i wanted to beat 18 today, but i could still feel how my body felt from when i was sick. not up to my best today.
but another race in two weeks in the evening, thats when i run the best. i think i have 110% chance of it happening then unless i get sick again
