i tried the #1 selling asics shoe (forget what it's called) and I loved the nike a lot more.

for some people a good shoe makes the difference between great training and injury. I know I wouldn't be doing 60 mpw this summer if I tried to use shoes with crappy cushioning and stability.

I love my Adidas Supernova 7. They look and feel great.

Any asics shoe has good cushioning I worked at a store Red Rock Running company for 1 and a half years i've tried alot of shoes. Any shoe that costs you $60 will have good cushioning the $120 sometimes have to much and people get blisters,injurys,foot problems etc.

I have the Kilkennys (same color too), and I love them.

Oh, yeah, and I developed knee problems while wearing Asics. Not every shoe will work for everyone.

I think the idea is that your heel hits the ground, and then if there's excessive cushioning it moves downward a little bit. over the course of hundreds of miles this can stretch the achilles and cause achilles tendonitis

aww. my sister and I are 15 months apart so we went together. i picked the nikes and she ended up loving them and she picked the sauconys and I loved them. i took i test run before I bought them and they seemed okay. you know whats bad about them?
