HomeBefore alomst every meet, I get really nervous. I feel like there's a lot of pressure on me to do well. Does anyone else get really nervous before their race? How do you deal with it?

I get alot of pressure but, I just run the race simple. Run it do your best. At arcadia I was so nervous because everyone was pointing at me because I came out of no-where at NIN.
