    i really need to lose some weight

    5'10 and 133 pounds

    should i eat less and run a lot more

    i want to get down to at least 130 (still a little heavy but a start)

    i wanna be like abdiiii

    Don't worry about numbers. Worry about how you're built, like fat or muscle and try to change that instead, if you find that there's something wrong with it. Being 130 and having a lot of muscle is different than being 130 and carrying ten pounds of fat around.

    If it's fat you have to lose then yes, run more.

    umm yeah. 5' 10'' and 130 llbs. is not fat. I'm 3 inches shorter than you and weigh more. And i'm not too fat either. (not exactly skinny, but not overweight)

    eat lots of chocolate cake. 3-4 slices per meal. it works wonders

    elite distance guys are often lighter than 135 but keep in mind that they are often shorter, like 5'3"-5'8". the 800 wr holder was 5'7" 135 I think. El G was 5'9" 138. you probably run 1600/3200 and i can't think of any good middle distance guys who are 5'10" and under 130. my point? losing weight won't make you faster.
