I only listen to music before I race--it keeps me from getting too amped up early on and helps even me out. I just put my iPod on shuffle, though. Don't really have a favorite song because I'm not really paying attention....

i got an ipod shuffle for graduation and its great for running! but i enjoy running without music better. i just use it on long runs. i like country music so theres alot of faith hill and rascal on it now. and i downloaded "i kissed a girl" haha, love that song
