Easy 4 with 3X10 second hill sprints. Participating in one of the biggest invitationals in the country tomorrow, where I'm going to run in the mile and 800.

so i tried running for the first time in a long time today since i havent had iny pain when i walked for two days now. my physicaly therapist said i could run if that happened. so i did a mile some abs and was going to go run some more but my leg started to hurt really bad again and had to stop. greattt.

    No CRUTCHES !!!
Oh my gosh I was so excited when I talked to my coach this morning and he said I could ditch them if I was careful.
I was walking like a goof all day, but I was walking. =)
At practice I still wasn't able to really do much... abs, weight lifted, and then I rode bike.
I'm excited that my ankle is doing so well. Coach said that if it continues at the rate it is, I MIGHT be able to run in our next meet next week. =) No hurdles though. =(
