    Does anyone know some good lower ab exercises?
    Not full core exercises just lower abs,

    Lay flat on the ground and sit up just like a normal sit up except your legs and hips will be flat on the ground. I just heard about this one and it works

    Knee or leg raises either on the floor or using a power tower/captain's chair (the back rest with arm rests and handles for dips)

    I'm curious why you would want to isolate your lower abs. Your whole core works together for stability or anything really. Why not train everything?
