Why am I always starting the Dalies Wednesdalies!

Weights (mainly upper body) for 45 minutes
20 minutes on the stationary Bike
800m run. Just to test out the leg. A bit of stiffness, but certainly not too bad.

4 mile warmup
800 400 200 200 400 800
mile cooldown

20 Minutes of running & 10 minutes of bike.
I was going to do more, but I suddenly felt sick...now I'm home and feelin like crud. =(

45 min medium
one of those enjoyable runs under the sunset.

then after the people from my club left, i ran another mile at tempo

6.5 miles fast and amazing felt great

and I had an xc ski meet this morning and placed 8th

AHHH! It was like 70 degrees out! Anyway, I did 6x800m repeats, then i did some more stuff with my trainer.

I ended up racing a teacher from our school... it was really stupid of me because she's really fast and competitive and it was supposed to be an easy day... whoops
