I think I have pretty bad bones. They constantly crack. The other day, I fell off a snowboard and hit the ground really hard. To the side of my knee, is bumpy and bruised. Then, I was jumping off a deck to take pictures and my thigh bone killed for a few days. My dad says I bruise really easily, but I think my bones are really fragile. Is this normal? Is it safe to run with a bruised knee? Does anyone else have this?

i don't have anything like that, but it doesn't sound very good. maybe mention it to your doctor next time you see him? (if you still have checkups)
for the bruised knee, i'd be really careful, and don't run if it hurts. depending on how hard you fell you could have bruised the cartilege under the kneecap/slightly fractured it. (this happened to a girl on my team a few weeks ago, and she had sort of splotchy bruising on the side/front of her knee).
anyway, i hope your knee feels better

I'd rest until it doesn't hurt to run on.

im the same exact way. i never know how or when i get my bruises from. it took me two weeks once to figure out i was getting huge briuses onthe side of my knees and it was from my sports bag i used to carry stuff around.my bones crack alot too. for example my hips and wrists. idk i just kinda am like oh geeze my hip just cracked...again. i dont think its really a big deal. but the knee you should ice.
