Just do an easy 2 or 3. Why are you doing so much speed work now?

Well, I'm doing indoor track, so I do speedwork twice a week, one day a week its intense like 600's and the other its 1k or 1mile repeats @ 3k pace, its not so bad, I'm just really worried about keeping my mileage up

I agree with RWS, just do an easy run, like 3 or 4

do 3 or 4 REALLY easy. Go as slow as you can. You won't be losing any benefits by running slower, only gaining them because you will be better recovered for your next workout.

I do easy runs in the 7-7:30 range, yesterday my recovery run was 8:45/mile.
