Post by iWearNikes on Wed Jan 28, 2009 7:14 pm

im lookin for new trainers for track and i was wondering which shoe is overall better...more durable...more comfortable...etc.
if anyone has worn either of these shoes and can give me advice, or recomend a better option, id appreciate it.

depends on your foot. if i'm not mistaken, victory is neutral while skylon is pronation control

I'm pretty sure both the Skylon and Victory are nuetral shoes.
I run in the Skylons and they are pretty good. I use them for speedwork and tempos.

idk about the new skylons, but when they first came out '06, they were pronation control because we got a bunch from nike that year for some reason

victories have almost no support so you need to be a very efficient runner, if not, shin splints for the win!
