That race was a disspapointment
Our team got blown out
They course was wet and we werent used to it so i ened up running 1min 22secs slower than my pr
Then 2 (2nd and 5th guys) of our vasrsity runners had fevers one stayed home the other ran with the fever. The sub had to run and hes like 2mins slower than the guy hes replacing.Then we were fighting in our hotel room so our number 6 guy had an injury.

ALl in all it was kinda fun.

We didnt really care about the race cuz in our heads our season ended a week ago at cities because we knew it was gonna blow out for all the city teams.

We gave rain sometimes but it was only our second time at the course and we usually race at van cortlandt and if theres rain its only in like one part of the course(beginning)

How much slower do you think the course was than usual? I noticed the times were really slow.

Everyone was more than a minute slower.
U know like 1000 meters into the coure(the first hill) the trail was slippery so some ppl were stopping and slowing down and with 300 runners its hard to get position
