So, since being injured and sitting on my ass all day long, accompanied by the junk food binge I went on last week, I've gained around 5 pounds. I don't like the extra weight and I feel kinda fat, considering where I used to be. I'm going to try to start running and tri training next week. How do I lose this weight I've gained, though?
How do I lose the weight I've gained?

+1. Up your mileage. I found that no matter how much I ate, when I was running 60 mpw I wouldn't gain an ounce, and I was actually losing weight pretty steadily.

Don't worry about your weight. Once you get running again you'll be fine.
