We don't have outdoor (except in the summer) but I'm going for sub 9:40 3000m. My 1500 time equates to roughly 9:45 3000 time, but my best time is 10:25 :S

-beat these two girls on my team at least once
-qualify for sectionals as an individual

^^seriously, I've been thinking about this stuff since the summer
actually i don't think you have been thinking that through lol. no one can run the same pace in a 3200 as they can in a 1600.
Well, when I said sub six, I was thinking more along the lines of WAY sub six, and by sub-13 I meant I'd be happy with 12:59 lol
oh my bad. you said sub 12 though lol.
it's okay because I didn't really clarify and lol oops I meant to say 11:59... I am out of it tonight haha

anything better that last year, i sucked really ad because i got injured and my coach even told us he trained us to hard so we peaked early and blah blah blah. it was miserable. so i hope to get my 800 and 1600 time down and make it to states for the 4x800& 4x400 again and actually run it.
