Our coach told us he wants us to rest up but i would rather go so i can run another 2.5. i hear kids from all over the country r going. FK ill be in bowdin for the s1 coaches invitational r u going to that.I alreadyu turned in my permision

We were going to, but we're at Meade instead.
We're going next year because the Shen (girls) coach has been talking with our coach and apparently convinced him that it's a good race (and from what he's told us, she's right).

Eh our boys are good this year (I don't really know them that well) but our girls team lost a lot of our Varsity runners last year. We might be decent by next season but nothing spectacular.
