persuasive speech help!

hi guys,
im doing my persuasive speech on why everyone should run (for school oviously) and I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas, anything at all! quotes, points ect!

Self-disipline and all that.

i am actually doing the very same thing. my essay is due this friday. thats kinda a funny coincidence.

haha, lol, i had to do a persuasive speech for english this year also, and i did mine on why you should join xc. i was si scared, but i ended up getting extera credit and scored a 46/45 woot!

For someone who has never played a sport or run you could say that XC is probably the season that you improve the most in running wise

For someone who plays a sport but nothing in the fall you could say it will improve you in your other sports by a lot, due to the massive endurance you get and all the strength from hill running
