    Food and Nutrition - General Running and General Discussion (whatever is more relevant to specific topic)
    Personal Record Forum - General Running sub forum
    Regions - General Running and General Discussion (whatever is more relevant to specific topic)
    Other Sports - General Discussion
    Greg's Stories - General Discussion sub forum

    If it doesn't say sub forum the topics will be put in there like normal.

    Don't get rid of personal records, since it's nice to have a frame of reference as to weather the times are believable or how someone improved.

    Yes there are no needs for Region subforums. That isn't necessary until there are Dyestat numbers here. Also if you wish to condense size. You can put the PR's as stickys at the top of the General Running forum, put several events into one topic again to reduce size, and have someone actually manage them and update the list which hasn't been going on very well.
