SCARED SHITLESS

I'm leaving for college tomorrow, freshman year. But i'm scared out of my mind.

Just thought i needed to share that with someone.

Did you get part of a schollership (yeah i know its spelled wrong deal with it)

i was offered running scholarships from smaller schools but i decided to go to the University of Colorado.

i don't want you to think i did it just cuz they are dominant at running. They are a good academic school and its a BEAUTIFUL campus. and still, i'm freaking out

I like social studies and science better and for math it depends on what we're doing at the time.

I would be freaking out equally much. Your moving to colorado which is pretty far from minnesota.

I'm leaving in 2 weeks , but I have some friends going with me, and I have a light workload for my first year so I'm not too scared. Good luck there! You'll make tons of friends in no time, everyone does.

it seriously is a nice campus though, i ran a 10K that finished inside the football field; BolderBoulder it had like 55,000 participants

I'm staying at home for college, but I feel your pain! The schoolwork scares me most. Oh, and I'm a bit scared about the Cross Country team, I'm certainly not sure weather I'll be able to survive the first few weeks. I know the pace will kill me, I'm just hoping I've built up enough miles to make it.

There was a kid that moved from Illinois to my class in 5th grade and then moved somewhere else that summer and I thought he was a cool kid and we were friends and stuff and a couple days ago someone asked me if I knew a (insert kids name here) and I said yeah from 5th grade and she said he moved back to our county and she said he said he is going to kick my ass in xc this season. I later looked up his name on a local running site and sure enough he moved back last winter (or at least the first race he raced here was late winter) and has put up some decent times from the 5k to the 10 miler. I told the girl to go back to work (they work at the same place and I guess they were talking about me ) and tell him I'm not only going to kick his ass but I'm going to clownstomp it. I say clownstomp all the time now lol

Yea damn, I'll be moving to Pittsburgh in 5 days for school and I'll have to be running. I wouldn't say I'm scared shitless, but it's going to be a change from what I've been used to for my whole life living 8 hours away.

ahh.. i don't. thats why i said maybe.
but it'd be completely amazing if i went there.

My uncle went to Wharton there. And my sister is starting this year, I'm hoping that will help me get in.

Go to Penn cause PA is better
