I ran 1:35:30 as a long run this past week.....although in a head-to-head with sub5, I think I might take her.

Sorry, need proof. It is also very belivable since you claim it's a fun run and have a time that is flat (no extra seconds).

And why the hell would someone make a 20K fun run?

its like a new years resolution thing for people to get in shape. 5k 10k 15k 20k. it wasnt a race so theres no results.

yea it was just a small thing for the YMCA..it was pretty fun though.

Nikerunner: What was your chip time (aka real time) for the half because i want to be first
