    on my 12 mile around mile 10 I stopped got two doughnuts and ate and ran the last two.

    i ate so much todayyy we were at a family reunion heres what i had for lunch

    noodles, sandwhich, pasta salad, fruit, seven layer salad, assortment of veggies, sun chips.

    dessert was:
    oreo pudding, date pudding, watermelon, a slice of cheesecake lol.

    so this run is going to be interesting i have a feeling im gonna be taking a couple bathroom breaks lol.

    2 slices of French Toast
    1 Biscuit with Strawberry Jam
    1 Hot Chocolate
    Fiber One Honey Cereal
    Grape Nuts Cereal
    1 Naked Juice
    2 Bowls of Oatmeal

    Overall it's probably somewhere between 1500-200 calories, all I have left is dinner, yet I feel like I've had plenty to eat.

    breakfast:1 huge omelet, 1 large pancake, 4 peices of toast, bacon, hasbrowns, sausage,
    lunch: cheeseburger, fries
    snack:cereal, razzles, popcorn, 1 peach
    dinner: chicken mashed potatoes and gravy.
    beverages:iced coffee, water, orange juice, can of soda

    ive been eating like im a enormously fat person latel, ill probably eat more later too....

    pretzels, ham sandwhich, apple, 1 bag sunchips

    1 bag sunchips.

    3 slices of pizza, 1 apple, 1 huge bowl of fruity pebbles

    not one of my healthier days. but i felt great today on my run. lol i think it was all the sugar bounce

    wow..I feel like such a wimp =/ you guys eat way more then I do.

    like breakfast: pb english muffin, milk and M'Ms haha..
    lunch: turkey sandwhich,milk and more m'ms (I ran out of m'ms =[ )
    dinner:2 tacos, chips, milk and beans.
    desert: ice cream

    that seems like nothing compared to you people..but I feel full afterward.

    bowl of special k cereal and two glasses of orange juice with extra pulp.
    2 plates of mac n cheese, apple sauce, two glasses of milk.
    dk about dinner.


    yesterday:
    honey nut cheerios and orange juice.
    4 slices of french toast with strawberrys, syrup, butter, powder sugar. 2 glasses of milk.
    grilled fish, 2 rolls, beans, cucumbers, ice cream after. cookies later.

    so today

    cinnamon raisin smart start with 1%
    mixed rasberries, bluberries, 1/2 banana

    salad with balsamic dressing
    ham and cheese sandwhich on whole wheat

    powerade and snowcaps (just a bit)

    8 mini toasted whole wheat italian bread with fresh brushetta and metled cheese

    maybe some tea, cookies, or fruit?

    sometimes I mix them with oatmeal squares or something.

    & about the alot of food thing, I noticed i run less and eat more than alot people. hah.

    It was nearly 2500 calories before 5:00. I'll probably go a little over 3000 for the day now so not too much.

    Turkey (lettuce, mayo, olives) sandwich with soup
    Apple and a bunch of grapes
