    I had cake for breakfast Shocked
    ughh then I ran 20 minutes later..but I felt good. Sooo maybe I should eat cake before every race! aha!! Cool bhahaha

    but today didn't start off well eating-wise.

    hahhah pinthin.

    i went right from a party to champs once, but I missed the food. so my meal was cake. i did pretty well actually too, but i wish i still hadn't eaten it.

    splitting:

    a large blueberry ice
    popcorn
    watermelon sour patches

    then I went to a party and had:

    chips and this salsa dip

    crackers and cheese

    I can only stand shrimp sushi =/ (maybe lobster that sounds good) my best friend eats sushi up the kazoo and she's always offering it too me.. I just cant it smells so gross and the texture..

    The only sushi I can't eat is shrimp sushi.

    I live for sushi. Every time I go to my cousins house in VA he makes us sushi that's like 3 inches in diameter. It's awsome.

    s- orange/vanilla twist ice cream, piece of coffee cake, fruit snacks

    ^^^^i don't know why I didn't eat lunch..i never miss meals, hmmmmmm.

    What did you do with the other half?

    I had:
    2 bowls of oatmeal
    1 bowl of grape nuts
    1 bowl of corn flakes
    1 bowl of total cinnamon cereal
    (that's a lot of cereal Shocked)
    2 tacos with steak, lettuce, salsa, and beans inside
    1 bag of chips
    1 nature valley oats 'n honey bar

    half a bottle of gatorade
    1 power bar recovery bar
    1 turkey sandwhich on crisp bread

    I had my first protein shake today. It wasn't bad but now I'm really full.

    my cousin drinks them 3-4 times a day.

    he gains like 7lbs of muscle a week.

    he's addicted though. he wants to give up baseball so he can lift.
