    I got home at 3 am from vacation and woke up at 12 so my eating's all screwed up :/

    my eating was so sscrewed up today....just got home from vacation so theres no food in the house Sad

    2 really fluffy bagels with cream cheese for bfast
    another for lunch
    cereal and milk and cookies for dinner

    Sad i feel so gross today

    baked french bread with olive oil butter

    That's a lot of food but not bad, could use some more fruits. Did you have a hard run yesterday or today?

    all i did was lay around all day (well i worked for a bit) so i wasnt hungry past breakfast. im just gonna go to bed and eat healthier tomorrow

    yeah. we're going on vacation monday so we're out of produce. :/

    wel i did a tempo yesterday and an lsd today, but that's an average day of food for me.

    b-3 bowls cereal w/ 1%, peach

    worked 11-7 and it was so busy so i couldnt take a break but i made myself a smoothie (ice, chocolate soymilk, banana, chocolate whey protein--it was really big) to tide me over..

    d-3 pieces of moms chicken (breaded and fried with olive oil and garlic), pasta

    desert-apple crisp, ice cream

    yeah you should totally do that, and then bring it to school, in like a hockey stick sleeve...i'd love to see the stares you'd get when your at lunch pulling that bad boy out haha.

    2 bowls of cereal in the morning.
    for lunch i had pb&j sandwich, doritos, bunch of grapes, and a pop tart, and these chocolate cookie thing...(ya, i eat a ton for lunch..its kinda funny because most of the kids at my school dont eat lunch at all.)
    for dinner we are having mashed potatoes and corn beef.

    i havent had an appetite at all lately. i had cereal for breakfast/lunch since i got up so late and had bbq chicken with a little bit of corn and potatoes for dinner.

    Haha I went to this spaghetti dinner for the marching band at my school and they had bread from Panera Bread and we could eat as much as we wanted so....
