    D-PF Chang's love i split the chicken lettuce wraps and dandan noodles with my friend

    im proud to say ive gone my first week this entire summer without fast food. well sorta at least. on monday i had a double whopper and then tuesday i had a snack pack from culvers but thats no big deal. Sad im struggling lol.

    Because I wasn't even hungry and I still ate the pretzels, crackers, ice cream, and granola bar for no reason.

    some of you guys aren't really eating fruits and veggies, which are great sources of carbs for runners...

    breakfast--panera bagel with cream cheese
    iced nonfat latte

    lunch--pb&j, peach (like an hour after breakfast so i wasnt hungry)

    snack--on break at work i bought a smoothie..chocolate soymilk, chocolate whey protein, and some other delicious powders...tastes like a chocolate shake..yum!

    breakfast--special k with skim milk
    lunch--peanut butter and honey sandwhich with pretzels and orange juice with extra pulp
    dinner--chicken (it had this amazing sauce), green beans, a mixture of squash--zuchinni--and cucumbers, then some cake thing, and a salad.

    snack--hersheys bar, pretzels, chocolate milk.

    PB and fluff sandwhich on 2 pc. toasted whole wheat bread

    snack and dinner still to come. my friend's coming over and she eats like a beast so im sure it'll be fun. hahah.
