    It's been 20 days now, I'm planning on taking a rest day Sunday, leaving me at 24, most likely a PR.

    Over the summer I would often take two rest days a week. Now I take one a week. I did go 11 days in a row once.

    i havent taken a rest day in a while but i dont feel like i really need one because my mileage has been low bc of the speed work ive been doing :-/ so ill just do 2-4 miles if my legs need an easy day

    I usually take a rest day once a week just to play it safe that way my ody has a day to fully recover
